Frit Forum (Free Forum) is an organisation composed of students at higher educations. The main goal of the organisation is to gather students with an interest in politics and their society for debates and other activities.

Frit Forum Roskilde is the local organisation at Roskilde University.

The International environment at Roskilde University is important to Frit Forum. Everyone has a responsibility to improve the integration of foreign students at the university. We at Frit Forum try to a have a number of events aim at the international student each semester.


Free activities

Each semester we do activities in English. The activities in Frit Forum are free of charge and open to everyone – so if you like discussions about politics and society, don’t hesitate to show up. Or if you just want to meet other students from RUC. It is a great opportunity to meet other Danish as well as international students. Take a look underneath.


Free guided tour at the Danish Parliament
If this is your first time in Copenhagen you now have the chance to enjoy the city from the seaside with a guided tour, which will take you through the most beautiful places in Copenhagen. The tour is in English and it is FREE for everybody. All you have to do is write an email with your name and send it to  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Or 16:10 at Nørreport Station (next to Nordea Bank).


Free guided tour at the Danish Parliament
Frit Forum Roskilde invites you on an exclusive guided tour at the Danish Parliament – this is where the politicians meet to discuss and pass the laws used to govern Denmark. Member of the Parliament Thomas Jensen from the Social Democrats will show us around and give an introduction to the Danish political system.

When: 28th of September 2011
Where: 15:10 at RUC-campus, building 01 (Frit Forum Roskilde’s office)
Or 16:05 at Copenhagen Central station (København H) under the big clock
Together we will walk to the Parliament. We will finish around 18:00.
